On Saturday 8 September 2018, Apostle S Mogane met with the team of workers from the

Gauteng West Apostle area to review the final quarter of the 2018 programme. For the greater part of the 10:00 – 12:00 session, time was spent on finalising the 2019 calendar in alignment with the District Apostle's annual programme. A number of exciting events are lined up for 2019 - especially with the focus on the Year of the Child - and with a greater emphasis on making things happen on a congregational level.

The Apostle opened the session with a Bible word from 1 Kings 19:13, (a portion thereof), ‘What are you doing here…?’.

He encouraged the team, as the background workers who make things happen on the ground, not to thrive on seeking recognition, but to remind themselves always of the understanding ‘What are you doing here?’. Furthermore, to be careful of not having too much "motion without actions", meaning, to have fewer activities, but ones with a high impact level, in order to touch many more lives!
