Despite drops of rain and a chilly Cape Town breeze characteristic of a winter’s morning, the members of the NAC Cape Youth Committee and Youth Committee Work Group arrived at the Administration Office of the Church on Saturday morning 30 May 2015.
Together with Apostle A Kriel they spent the morning at the Administration office for a guided tour by Bishop N Barron and Shepherd G Dreyer who are employed at the administration.
The guided tour took the group through the modern office building into the various departments where they were given an explanation of the functional operations that take place there. They also had the opportunity of meeting District Apostle N Barnes in his office, who shared with them some thoughts and the experiences of the Pentecost Apostles’ meeting in Lusaka, Zambia. From their side the Youth Committee and Work Group then gave a short presentation to the District Apostle outlining their functions and current projects.
Subsequently, the group then experienced blessed moments in the company of the District Apostle over lunch. This encounter provided them with memories that will live in their hearts and souls for quite some time. Upon leaving, the members of the group expressed their gratitude to all for taking the time to spend the day with them.
