Apostle Liwakala had planned to visit his royal highness, Kisco Maiba Liswani III of the
Masubia people at his palace at Bukalo, which is situated about 40km east of Katima Mulilo. The Masubia people form about 60% of the New Apostolic membership in the Zambezi Region of Namibia. King Liswani III is a New Apostolic member, and attends Bukalo Congregation.
On Thursday, 25 July 2019, the Apostle was accompanied by District Elder Matengu, Shepherd Sanzila and a group of choir members. They were received and welcomed by Ngambela (Prime Minister), Albius Kamwi Milinga. The king was pleased to see the Apostle and his team. A short divine service was held.
It was also the first time that the Apostle had been inside the palace, in spite of having grown up in the same village. The Apostle Liwakala also used the opportunity to invite the king and his administration to the divine service, to be conducted by District Apostle John Kriel on 20 October 2019 in the same village.
