It was 04h30, more than two hours before sunrise that the members of Ermelo, one of 20 districts, from the region and the neighbouring country Swaziland, made their way to the Communio Hall in Nelspruit, where the chief apostle was due to conduct the divine service on Friday, 24 February 2017.

It is at the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in Nelspruit, the provincial capital of Mpumalanga, where Chief Apostle J-L Schneider together with District Apostle J Kriel arrived from Johannesburg at 11h55 for his South African visit from 23-26 February 2017.

A warm traditional welcome by a praise singer and a singing congregation clearly indicated the anticipation of the congregation.

On the weekend of 11 and 12 February, Namibia was blessed with the visit by District Apostle J Kriel. After a divine service in Walvis Bay on Saturday he travelled to Windhoek. On the Saturday afternoon in Windhoek he attended a choral concert. The choir and orchestra had been practicing for weeks in preparation for this occasion.

On 19 February 2017, District Apostle Kriel conducted his second divine service in the Greater Pretoria area.

The visit of District Apostle J. Kriel to Walvis Bay was special in many ways.

Wednesday 8 February 2017 was a special occasion for the members of Grassy Park Central Congregation.
