RE: EXISTING NACSEA FUNERAL SCHEME WITH TRANSAFRICA AND NEW NAC BURIAL FUND

 

The following processes noted below must please be adhered to in order to ensure that on the 1 January 2017 a smooth transition is able to take place. Your co-operation in this regard will be most appreciated.

  • The Church will officially terminate their relationship with the NACSEA Funeral Scheme on the 31 December 2016 as per letter dated 11 August 2016.
  • If you are a current member of the NACSEA Funeral Scheme with Transafrica then you have the choice to remain a member enjoying all the current benefits – please contact the Transafrica office on 012 345 8200 to confirm that you will be renewing your policy as from 1 January 2017.
  • From 1 January 2017 current members of the NACSEA Funeral Scheme must deal directly with the Transafrica office in terms of payment of premiums and all queries – contact number 012 345 8200.
  • You have a choice, to either remain on the NACSEA Funeral Scheme with Transafrica and / or joining the new NAC Burial Fund with effect from 1 January 2017.

Please liaise with your Rector/Burial agent in your congregation if you require additional information.
